Care at home is available to anyone over the age of 16 with a wide range of conditions and disabilities.

We operate a 24-hour service with an open referral system (this means that anyone can request this service) for people who reside within Glasgow and surrounding areas. Our care at home service is available to anyone aged 16 years or over, and is offered to people with a wide range of Neurological conditions and Physical Disabilities including: Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Injuries, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Stroke, Learning disabilities, Cognitive Impairment, Alcohol Related Brain Damage (ARBD), Mental Health conditions.

Supported Living Assistance

We operate a number of tailored Supported Living services and support individuals to live in their own home and enjoy an active life in their local community. We work closely with the people we support, their families and other professionals to make sure that the service provided is appropriate and the best that we can give. Our Supported Living services include:

Family respite Befriending

• Social Support
Palliative & End of Life Care
